Kahvalti (no dot on the i) is turkish breakfast

These are images from my favorite breakfast place in Eskisehir. It is this little hole in the wall, I don't even think it has a sign or even a name, but it is delicious. Turkish breakfast always includes tomatoes, cucumbers and olives. Things I would have considered for lunch or dinner before. Anyways, There is always these things drizzled with olive oil and maybe a little spice on top. This breakfast place has a cheese plate. Always white cheeses with a variety of textures and flavors. One of my very favorite dishes is bal kaymak. This deliciousness is fresh honey with thick sweet cream. Smeared together on bread is heavenly. Of course have some cay(tea) and a basket of bread with breakfast. Sometimes throw in an egg with some sausage or mennemen(scrambled eggs with tomatoes and peppers). Gozleme is wonderful also with melted cheese inside a thin crepe. Cok guzel!
